Copyright and License Notice

Authors who publish with Jurnal Hilirisasi IPTEKS (JHI) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention

    • Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights of their articles.

    • Authors grant JHI the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

  2. License Terms

    • Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, others are free to:

      • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;

      • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

    • Provided that the following conditions are met:

      • Attribution — Appropriate credit must be given to the original authors and the source, a link to the license must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated.

      • ShareAlike — If the material is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the resulting contributions must be distributed under the same license as the original.

  3. Author Rights

    • Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their manuscript (preprint, postprint, and published version) in any institutional or subject repository.

    • Authors may also enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository, personal website, or book chapter), provided that proper credit is given to JHI as the original publisher.

    • Authors are encouraged to share their published work widely to increase visibility and impact, with acknowledgment of its initial publication in JHI.
